In the past year, EVPassport has collaborated with National Development to enhance their charging capabilities and services across their portfolio. This strategic partnership has led to the successful deployment of EVPassport’s charging stations across six of their properties.
Challenge
National Development boasts a substantial portfolio including over 2,800 apartment units. Over the last few years, they’ve seen an increasing demand amongst residents for an EV charging solution. Despite exploring various options, National Development was still searching for a solution that was easy-to-use, reliable, and generated additional revenue.
Solution
EVPassport worked with National Development to launch their first installa- tion featuring four chargers at one of their properties. Seeing the success of this initial deployment, National Development recognized the value and opted to expand EVPassport’s charging solution across their portfolio. Over the course of the partnership, 28 charging stations have been successfully installed across six of National Development’s properties to-date with plans to further expand. The positive feedback from drivers, high utilization, and revenue generated underscores the success of this partnership.
Future of Partnership
Since the beginning of the collaboration in 2022, EVPassport continues to work with National Development to provide a customer-centric charging solution to their residents. With the favorable response at their current properties, National Development is aiming to further expand their EV charging solution across the remainder of their portfolio in the coming years.
