New Year, New Statuses

We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available;
Driver Experience
- IMPROVEMENT Updated colors in the driver experience to reflect Yellow for Occupied, Blue for Charging, Green for Available, and Red for Unavailable
- IMPROVEMENT When a vehicle is plugged in, the driver experience will now display OCCUPIED - READY TO PAY. The charger available count now deducts from plugged in but not started chargers.
- FEATURE Added support for Grace Periods in the Idle Fee screen
Single-Sign-On (SSO) for Google Workspace

We’re pleased to announce the launch of Command Center v1.2, available to all Customers starting today. It features the following updates;
- FEATURE Date Selector dropdown on Dashboard page to sort live widget data
- IMPROVEMENT For Customers with multiple Locations or Zones, the Location selector now displays Site Name and not Location Address
- IMPROVEMENT More detailed Charger Statuses display under Chargers
- IMPROVEMENT Fresh coat of paint

Gatekeeper RFID Launched

We’re pleased to announce the launch of Gatekeeper RFID, allowing Workplace, Fleet, and Valet Cloud drivers to tap restricted access EVPassport chargers to bypass payment;
- FEATURE Local Authorization for RFID Cards supported
- IMPROVEMENT Improved RFID Card implementation for Gatekeeper
We have also fixed some broken parts;
- FIX Ezra/Rosa and Howard were interpreting RFID cards differently
Machine Learning Dynamic Load Balancing Improvements

- IMPROVEMENT Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on iOS 16 support Apple Pay in the driver mobile web, and override Google Pay on iOS web
Command Center Enhancements

We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available for Site Hosts;
- IMPROVEMENT UUID has been replaced with human readable Charger # in the Chargers and Sessions tabs, so Site Hosts can easily identify each charger
- IMPROVEMENT Start date/end date with times (UTC) have been added to the Sessions tab
- FEATURE Active charging sessions calculate Revenue in real-time under Sessions tab
We have also fixed some broken parts;
- BUGFIX Payouts tab has been temporarily hidden while the bank account section is overhauled

- FEATURE One click start for Apple Pay and Google Pay
- FEATURE Apple Pay and Google Pay require no pre-authorization amount prior to balance settlement.
- FEATURE Save credit card to phone number (max 2 cards)
- IMPROVEMENT Allow visitors from non-U.S./Canada territories to easily pay with credit or debit card. Cards with these currencies are supported.
- FEATURE Downloadable app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store that features a map, search functionality, and QR code scanner
- FEATURE Push notifications for charging status, idle fees, and more.

Overhauled Driver Web Experience

- FEATURE Drivers can save their credit cards by providing their cell phone number, and retrieve it if a new device is used.
- IMPROVEMENT Allow visitors from non-U.S./Canada territories to easily pay with credit or debit card. Cards with these currencies are supported.
- FEATURE Each station is accessible via short URL's (Example: qr.evp.ac/109)
- FEATURE Introduction of Location Pages that allow Site Hosts to provide a single link for multiple chargers, hours of operation, and more. These can also be used in QR codes.
- FEATURE Apple Pay and Google Pay require no pre-authorization amount prior to balance settlement.
- FEATURE Web notifications supported, if device allows
The updated driver web experience will rollout to customers in batches and not at one time. Site Hosts dedicated Customer Success Manager may reach out to you to coordinate rollout timing.
